he’s the resident homeless kid near jollibee (the one across the manila world trade center). i met him while waiting for my two photography buddies to finish their breakfast. he came up to me and said “ate, picture!” and started posing for my camera. i grabbed the opportunity and took the shot.
i asked him where his parents were and he told me they are both in prison. and that he takes care of himself and is asking for alms everyday for food. i am amazed at how he could fend for himself at such a young age. i know i could barely survive if i were in his shoes.
lazy wednesday.
i slept for 14 hours today! could you believe it? haha. cheers for class suspensions. got my much needed rest. :D i’ll let my photos narrate how i spent the hours that i was actually awake.
